Drives for industrial doors

 

ELEKTROMATEN SE drives are special drives for sectional doors with spring compensation. Installation usually takes place directly on the shaft of the gate.

ELEKTROMATEN SE drives consist of: a worm gear with hollow shaft, a device for emergency manual operation, integrated limit switches and electric motor or engine with integrated cycloconverter (SE 6.65 DU) or motor with integrated frequency converter (SE 6.80 FU / SE 14.80 FU).

Drive unit with integrated cycloconverter (SE 6.65 DU) or a drive integrated with a frequency converter (FU SE 6.80 / 14.80 FU SE) in communication with the controller TS 970, TS 971 and TS 981.

  • Displaying the speed of the hollow shaft in revolutions per minute - no need for an unnecessary and tedious conversion of frequency to speed

  • Automatic optimization functions deceleration ramp

  • Easy adjustment of the end positions of the gate and all functions from the operator via the rotary switch with digital display
